Tarot cards are completely devoid of magic.
They are simply one of many different divination tools for mirroring that which is already inside of your soul.
They are a means of communication with the divine, non-physical aspects of your consciousness.
However, while in this physical body, navigating about the earth plane, they are a very effective and creative method for obtaining direction from higher aspects of your consciousness for the purpose of better and more effectively navigating your life towards experiences you prefer.
I remember getting a deck of tarot cards as a gift many years back, well before I had any sort of conscious awareness of my own divinity. I can recall, years later, while simply playing around with them randomly one evening, I was surprised that I drew the exact same card, twice in a row.
I thought that was a bit odd and slightly compelling.
Not enough however to make me a believer.
Until…
A few days later, my youngest daughter was goofing around with that same deck of cards and out of all of the cards, chose that same card I drew twice in a row, and walked her 2 year old booty over and placed it in my lap.
At that point, I decided that perhaps there was something to these tarot cards.
Beyond that I simply would flip through them whenever I had a question.
I explain my exact tarot reading method here in, THIS VIDEO.
WARNING… it’s pretty unconventional and casual….BUT, it works.
It works because I have since realized that the magic is within me.
The messages have less to do with the pictures and numbers on the cards than the, initial and spontaneous messages that pop into my mind upon first glance.
All of the cards do carry a certain and heavily layered meaning, but the “reading” is all about your own individual interpretation of the card.
It is not even necessary to have any knowledge of what the literal meanings of the cards are.
Allow the cards to speak to you.
OR….
Simply look the meaning of the cards you draw…BUT…even there, allow for your own consciousness to glean whatever meaning is relevant to your situation.
It really is all about your first take on the cards… What meaning pops in your head…right away… regardless of the meaning of the card.
And eventually…
You will find that the cards may even stop working for you at all.
The cards are more of a stepping stone. The cards themselves are only a physical middle man, between you, and your higher self.
Eventually, you will have the ability to simply ask, yourself any question, and the answer will come without the need for a secondary tool, like tarot cards.
In conclusion:
Tarot cards are a very cool spiritual awakening asset.
They may be a necessary means of communication between you and your, (spirit guides, angels, and non-physical entourage).
But, do not get attached to “needing them” to communicate.
Have the relaxed attitude of eventually out-growing them, and you will then open yourself up to even more instantaneous communication with the divine portions of yourself.
