We don’t really get a moment to breathe these days, do we?

Our body is constantly struggling to integrate more and more and MORE amounts of unfamiliar, higher dimensional energies.

Of course, we welcome this because it is raising our vibration to that of an enlightened master, but during the process, it can be tough.

This awakening process asks a lot of our physical body.

In my own journey, I have found it 100% essential to be proactive in nurturing my physical body during these times of transition.

Especially during a time like this…. March, 2016, we are experiencing a Full Moon/Eclipse and The Spring Equinox…

These astrological transits amplify what is already an incredibly demanding process and thrust it into overdrive.

These are the times that we can experience the worst physical awakening symptoms such as,

  • Extreme Fatigue
  • Pain and Swelling in our joints
  • Insomnia
  • Central Nervous System Burnout
  • Catching colds and other illnesses
  • And Many Many More…

Fortunately, there are some things you can do that will greatly ease these symptoms.

I have been a personal trainer for over a decade and have dedicated a good portion of my life to mastering my body and helping others do the same.

I found that many of the “active recovery techniques” that high level athletes do for themselves help a ton with awakening symptoms.

Today, I am going to share

5 of the Most Effective Self-Care Practices To Ease Your AWAKENING SYMPTOMS:


#1. Contrast Showers: 

These showers are simply an alternating of hot and cold water so that the blood in your body will, “woosh” back and forth from your core, to the surface of your body.

Professional athletes do these all the time to help their body’s recover faster from the intense demands of their training.

This is very nourishing for your body and helps,

  • Improve Circulation
  • Reduce Physical Stress
  • Improve Cardiovascular Health
  • Deliver Fresh Oxygenated Blood To Your Muscles- Helping Them Repair Themselves
  • Increases Natural Energy

How To Take A Contrast Shower:

  • 60 seconds of warm water (as hot as you can handle)
  • 30 seconds of cold water (as cold as you can handle)
  • 3 X (always ending with cold water)

#2. Stillness Meditation

Many meditations such as, chakra meditation, visualization, and single point focus meditations are actually stimulating.

This is the last thing you need!

However, “stillness meditation” has a calming and relaxing affect on your body and will help ground your energy.

There are many easy ways to perform a stillness meditation, but the whole idea is to relax your thoughts and cause your brain to enter the theta-brain wave state, or the meditative state.

Try This:

Sit upright and focus on “listening to your inner silence.”

That’s it… listen for silence.

It doesn’t have to necessarily be silent in your room either… You can discover silence, underneath sound…

Try it 🙂

However, if you desire actual silence, get yourself a cheap pair of ear plugs and that will help greatly…

#3.  Exercise

This is something you should be doing regularly.

I recommend, resistance training, or strength training.

This type of training will help strengthen your muscles and more importantly, your central nervous system.

This type of training will basically help your body become more efficient at handling stress and will noticeably translate into helping your body process these higher frequency energies.
