How To Get Your Energy Back! (Dealing With Ascension Exhaustion)

Hey there!

Are you guys feeling tired lately?

Like really tired?

I think most of you would agree that fatigue…which states it lightly... it’s more like chronic exhaustion for many of us…. can be the most annoying of the ascension symptoms.

It affects every single moment of the day.

It comes without warning and with no discernible cause.

In terms of your awakening… fatigue manifests for a variety of reasons.

Sometimes it’s due to not getting much sleep.
Sometimes it’s due to the mental stress of how fast your life is changing.

Sometimes it just has to do with the energies making their way through your body.

Sometimes it’s because you are purging negativity from your aura super fast.

Whatever the reason, there are a few things that have worked for me consistently over the years… to noticeably reduce it.

I have spoken on this topic before but today I will share 3 – Tips that I have NOT yet shared…

3 – Tips For Reducing Ascension Fatigue:

#1. Consume LESS caffeine –

Funny enough, most of us, end up consuming more caffeine to help get us by…

For a day or two, this can help slightly, but in the end it causes us to slip even deeper into our lethargy.
A lot of the fatigue we are getting stems from our central nervous system being  over stimulated by the multi-faceted spiritual awakening / energetic upgrade process…

Specifically, the sympathetic branch of our, autonomic nervous system…. this is the branch associated with…

“fight or flight”

Caffeine is a stimulant that triggers that very same branch, which of course, only adds to the, burned out state.

Caffeine is not bad... In fact, I love coffee, but there were times that it has been beneficial to reduce or even temporarily cut it out completely, depending on the severity of the symptoms.

#2. Create a sleep schedule – 

-Consistency Is Key

Our body thrives on predictability.

Having inconsistent sleep patterns causes our body to never really have the opportunity to get into a rhythm.

But when you go to bed at roughly the same time each night,  your body will be programed to release, “melatonin” at those times.

Melatonin is a chemical your brain naturally releases to cause you to fall a sleep.

-Timing Matters Too

“Every hour of sleep before midnight is worth two after midnight.”

That quote came out of an interesting article I read in Time magazine…

I won’t use this email to explain why this is the case, but it has to do with the different cycles of sleep. When you go to bed a couple hours before midnight.. your body has the chance to get a sufficient amount of… “non-rem sleep”, which is a cycle many of us are lacking in.

In consistently getting sufficient, non-rem sleep, I have noticed a massive difference in how I feel each morning.

Rather than foggy and listless… I feel awesome really… just very perky & ready to rock!

#3. Have a solid bed – time routine – 

For a little while there, my evening routine consisted of…

– answering comments from my fans (very stimulating)

– watching television with my wife
Consequently, I would get to bed feeling very wired… and often times, thinking about all of the stimulating comments, which many times have the ability to trigger various emotions within myself.

I know many of you probably go on facebook, watch tv, and browse the internet… which is essentially having the same affect.

I don’t know about you, but that was not working for me at all… but it was quite habitual, and not necessarily easy to change right away.

As these ascension energies have the ability to make consequences for us living out of alignment incredibly obvious… A little while ago, I knew I had to make a change.

My current bed time routine: 

  • Meditate (Deep Meditation – 20 minutes) – my goodness- feels amazing!
  • Read whatever book I am into…
  • Write Out My Goals For The Next Day
  • Hang out and have nice conversations with my amazing wife 🙂 (she does the same routine, so after all that, we have great and very conscious conversations)

We are both sawing logs by 9:30 -10:00 o’clock… it’s sad, lol…

Not really!

Because here I am at 5:45 am… ready to rock n roll!

*** I understand that not all of you would be happy with this exact timing…

If this is the case, I still highly recommend working at creating a night-time routine, regardless of when you choose to go to bed.

Lastly, develop a, self-empowering morning ritual – 

There is a reason why, so many extremely successful people, go to bed and wake up early, and have a specific, regimented,  self-empowering morning routine.

Since I was 19, I was strangely obsessed with morning rituals.

I have probably tried hundreds over the years!

This brief, daily ritual worked wonders for my fatigue, and also helped me stay aligned with my higher self to a degree and with consistency that I never knew was possible.
