Is Your Inner Voice Becoming LOUDER?

Is your intuition becoming louder?

More obvious?

Like, now a days you pretty much always… KNOW what you should be doing?

Sometimes we really are clueless… but MOST of the time… we KNOW what that next step is, but just don’t feel like doing it.

Maybe it scares us… or contains risks…  is out of the norm…whatever… we stall, hesitate, and procrastinate.

Eventually we just do it of course, but imagine if we could start, “just doing it” – sooner?

This idea of… QUICKLY acting on those obvious nudges from out inner spirit… was suggested to me by one of you guys!

I learn from you probably just as much, if not more than you learn from me 🙂

I was talking about this idea of our intuition getting louder on one of  my earlier youtube videos.

Somebody made a comment saying….

“Hey Vic… I bet if you were to act on those nudges right away, you could manifest a lot faster.”


I agreed.

So simple… but so difficult.

I know I SHOULD…

  • Get up earlier
  • Meditate regularly
  • Get to the gym
  • Start writing that blog
  • Ask for a promotion
  • Get out of this relationship
  • & 10 other things

But when the alarm goes off… I hit the snooze button.

When I attempt to break off this relationship that is suffocating me… I freeze!


We have this built in hesitation mechanism that makes even uncomplicated actions that we KNOW would change our lives for the better…. EXTREMELY DIFFICULT.

I’m not going to get into the whole… “why that is.”

What we really want to know is… “HOW” to stop doing it.

I am going to share a simple and effective way to… just do it.

It’s called, “The 5 – Second Rule.”

This weekend I read a book about it and it goes like this…

The moment you have an instinct… an inner nudge to act on a goal…

You have 5 seconds before you talk yourself out of it.

​​​​​​​Science supports this and I’m sure your life does as well.

Knowing that… try this.

When this happens next time… (You get that nudge)

Count down from 5 – 1 in your head… and then act.

5-4-3-2-1 Boom!

This STOPS your doubt and hesitation from gaining momentum and gives you a brief window of self-control.

I did it this morning… and it worked.

Ever since the time change I have been struggling to get up at my normal time. 5 – 5:30 am.

Today I decided to apply this simple technique when my alarm went off… and here I am 🙂

I almost done with this email and my kids aren’t even awake yet 🙂

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Set one goal for tomorrow and when it comes time… 5,4,3,2,1 … and just do it.

Even if it’s to get up a 1/2 hour earlier.

You might surprise yourself.

Right now your hesitation might have the upper hand… some momentum going for it…

You can quickly change that with even a couple small personal victories…

I think it being May 1st tomorrow, you might even have some of that nice spring energy at your back as well.

By the way, I whipped through that book in 3 days and can’t recommend it enough, after 5 minutes listening to it… I knew I would be telling you all about it.
