3 Tools I Personally Use To Manage PHYSICAL Awakening Symptoms

Last night was a pretty significant gateway (New Moon & Solar Eclipse)…

I am sure many of you have been feeling the effects in your body.

It’s very common during peak times to feel…

– more tired than usual – (even totally burnt out sometimes)
– achy
– older and more fragile
– tired but unable to sleep! – (leading to even more fatigue!)

I have discovered that the awakening process is VERY physically demanding.

In this post, I share with you what I personally do to noticeably reduce these symptoms of transformation.

3 Things I Personally Do To Mange My Symptoms: (especially during full/new moons)

1. This one is NEW actually! “Accupressure”

Some folks in my coaching group were suggesting this acupressure mat.

This is basically a small mat and pillow with many tiny points, that you simply lay on for 10-15 minutes.

I like this because…

1. It requires ZERO effort to use and benefit from
2. It was pretty inexpensive, around $20
3. It is GREAT for moving around trapped energy… (the subtle energy)

I have been laying on it before shooting my videos, after working with clients, and before bed time.

I absolutely love it! haha

2. Foam Rollers

Foam rollers are a great way to provide your body with… myofascial release

Oh yes, of course… myofascial release…

What the heck is that Vic!

This is a tool that allows you to give yourself, a REALLY good deep tissue massage.

This is probably my favorite tool because I think it’s the most noticeably affective for…
releasing muscle tension
flooding your body with endorphins “feel good chemicals”
noticeably…reducing aches and pains
I will say however, that this one… just like the old song… “hurts so good!”

PS. If you don’t know how to use them… I offer a follow along instruction video in my ascension morning routine program, Mood Shift

3. Singing Bowl – (a meditation hack)

You know that white bowl right on my computer desk in most of my YouTube videos?

That’s a crystal singing bowl.

I love this bowl.. and use it daily, because it’s like a “meditation hack.”

It’s a simple and fast way to enter the meditative brain wave state… great for when you’re short on time.

It works so well because your brain waves will naturally entrain themselves to the sound frequency emitted by the bowl.

I will usually use it for about 5 minutes, and by the end of those 5 minutes, I don’t want to move! haha

All I do is tap it… and listen to the sound… following it into complete silence… and repeat 🙂

I also make my kids do this sometimes! lol when they’re getting wound up.

There are many types to choose from… this is what I normally recommend

Quick tip…

If you look into this, you’ll notice the bowls are all different and correlate with different chakras.

I personally prefer the lower or mid chakra points because they help me feel balanced and grounded.

I had a crown chakra bowl in the past and felt very spacey afterwards… (that’s just me though)

That is all my friends,

It is my hope that this post has helped you in some way

I wish you well on your path,

Have a great one!

Sincerely,

Victor
