July is really shaping up to be quite a month!
Wouldn’t you agree?
It’s one thing to anticipate this, but certainly another thing to live through it!
It’s so fascinating for me to see patterns emerge among us, as I read the messages and comments every day. To see very clearly how connected we are.
The unique thing about July though... the only pattern I am detecting is… INTENSITY.
A LOT of people are contacting me, having just woken up like a few days ago!
Alternatively, many people who consider themselves veterans are feeling more upside down than ever!
I would be lying if I was to say that my life has been calm…
A friend of mine just died yesterday from, what I am guessing an overdose…my home is falling apart, and any imbalance within myself is being immediately reflected in my behavior and even… my physical life.
There just seems to be little room for error… error in NOT acting from our highest self…
It’s all good though….and here’s why.
You & Me have been through accelerated times just like this before… (many times)
Over the years I have picked up a little bag of tricks that really help a lot, when living through such times…
In this email I am going to share with you…
3 Tips To Stay Balanced During July’s Acceleration:
#1. Keep at….Start…. or Get back to a Daily Spiritual Practice:
It can be anything… There is no such thing as one type of practice being superior to another.
I have been doing a lot of kundalini yoga these days.
In fact, I don’t often reference this, but I am a certified kundalini yoga instructor and used to teach people on a one to one basis in a gym I used to own. This month I am going to upload some kundalini yoga instruction videos to you youtube channel, so in case you are intrigued by the idea of kundalini yoga, but don’t know where to start, they will be perfect for you 🙂
Doesn’t have to be that though… maybe getting up early and going for a walk does it for you… or perhaps you like to meditate…
Whatever it is that puts you in…”the zone”…. do it!
The idea is to carry that grounded state of being into the day as far as possible, which will help you take action from that place of stability rather than a place of agitation and imbalance.
#2. Remain Mentally Flexible:
This is one of those things that is easier said than done.
However, if you make it a point to remind yourself that the accelerated energies imply, very often, the need for a lot of outward change in your behavior, attitude, and physical life, things will run smoothly.
On the flip side… many external manifestations will fall into your life and lap causing the need for a of internal adaptations. Be open to those as well.
The theme however is… lots of change. Change is good though, and only feels stressful when there is the element of resistance.
Many times we are open to certain things changing and resistant to others… Remind yourself to be flexible with ALL types of changes you feel inspired to make.
KNOW that any shift or change you are going through will have an extremely awesome and positive affect… wether you notice it tomorrow or a year from now… you will, one day understand fully why it happened and he grateful it did.
Even with my buddy dying like I mentioned… I know it’s rough, but often times a death produces a massive ripple affect of positive change and we should be thankful for those souls who are willing to take themselves out young KNOWING the positive ripple it will ultimately have.
Doing that daily practice will help you stay more… in the moment… and open to changes…even the BIG ones, going on in your life.
#3. Eat A Healthy Diet (Filled With High Vibration Foods)
I talked early on in my youtube channel more about diet and how it can drastically fluctuate depending on the type of energies present and where you stand in your awakening.
Typically, during times like this, where there is a lot of acceleration, eating a lighter diet filled with plenty of, “high vibration foods” is helpful.
High Vibration Foods….
– Contain a high water content
– Have not been heated or cooked
– Contain a high nutrition / calorie ratio
– Cause you to feel clear and energized
– Devoid of man kind’s tampering (natural)
Some of the best examples are, raw fruits and vegetables.
I will also begin making videos that explain more about eating in alignment with the incoming energies…
I should have one going up either this week or early next that explains how to make a high vibration smoothie 🙂
Bonus Tip #4… Don’t Expect To Feel Safe, Secure, and Settled Down
Awakening is all about changing. Accelerations in your awakening usually means… LOTS of changing.
It’s not a time to have the unrealistic expectation of feeling safe and stationary. BUT.. you can actually have fun playing around in your life as this transformation takes place.
Sure, you will get stressed here and there, that is to be expected, but in general… Accept and embrace the change, and enjoy the thrill of it all.
The thrill of riding the leading edge of the collective consciousness into 4th density.
Out of 7 billion people, you are a one of the game changers…. the trail blazers… daring enough to push the envelope and handle the speed of doing so.
Wether you realized you were awakening yesterday for the first time or have been going at this a while.. you are riding that wave…
And the wave is a big one!
Your little boat what once sat in calm waters in a little bay that never went anywhere, has been swept out to sea and now after a long while of quickly being carried into the unknown… this journey is climaxing…. the waters are getting more and more and more rocky….
That little boat is flopping around everywhere!
The wave is getting higher and higher ….. moving faster and faster… and it’s about to crash down into a new land… A new life… A new reality….
Where you are going matters not….
When you will arrive matters even less.
Who you are becoming is what you will hold sacred.
The person you become ON the journey is the whole point of the journey itself.
Pat yourself on the back…. and remember to hold on to your hat!
